Today I will explain what all of the crewskills in War Thunder do! These skills are extremely useful.Many players forget about upgrading theircrew, and it really effects their performance.

There are two main types of crew skills: The ones that all the crew has, And the ones that are unique to all the crew members.
But first, let me explain how the crew skills actually work.
You can upgrade your crew skills by spendingcrew xp points.
You earn crew xp points by either playingthe game with that vehicle, or buying them with golden eagles.
Each crew skill has its own cost of crew xppoints.
The more you upgrade a skill, the higher thecost for that skill.
Whenever you upgrade a certain skill, thecrew level goes up.
The crew level is a number that shows howexperienced your crew is.
After you get a certain amount of crew levels, you can upgrade your crew to be expert or ace.
Upgrading your crew costs lots of silver lionsat higher tiers, but it's worth it.
Expert crews give you a +3 bonus for all ofthe skills.
An ace crew requires more crew levels, butit gives you a +5 bonus.
Now, for the crew slots.
Each slot on your lineup has its own crew.
These crew members are trained for a certainvehicle.
When you select vehicle to go into a slot, the crew gets trained for that vehicle.
Training crew costs silver lions, but if youalready had a trained crew, it's free.
If you upgrade your crew to be an Expert oran Ace crew, they will only be Expert or Ace on the slot you trained them on.
So, choose your lineup carefully.
The first group of crew skills we will belooking at is the generic skills.
These are skills that all the crew membershave.
These include keen vision, field repair, agilityand vitality.
The first one we will be looking at is keenvision.
Keen vision allows your crew to spot tanksfurther away.
This skill is only useful in arcade battleshowever, since in RB and sim, there are no red markers on the top of tanks and planes.
